| Prior to Submitting Dispute |

Members must attempt to resolve the dispute prior to filling out the form below and requesting assistance from The Broker Forum. All communications between both parties should be kept and available upon request |

Members must report the dispute to the Trade Association first |
 |
Members reporting COUNTERFEIT or SUB-STANDARD parts must be ready to provide an official test report and/or a letter from the MFG company, in addition to supporting documents (PO, PI, TT copy, tracking number/airway bill, pictures, emails, and/or faxes) immediately upon request |
 |
Members reporting NET 1 cases must send an email to the buyer requesting for payment and CC: their account managers, prior to submitting complaint |
